During my stay, the beach access was non-existent despite being advertised as beachfront. The villa had significant issues, including a leaky air conditioning unit and doors that offered no security. the restaurant's prices were exorbitant for subpar food, leaving me feeling cheated out of my money.

The Ocean View Pool Villa offered stunning views that truly made the stay memorable, and the homemade pastries at breakfast were a delightful highlight. repairs were clearly overdue, as the shower lacked hot water for days, and the air conditioning was noisy and leaking. Dining options were limited and excessively overpriced, with one meal almost costing as much as a fine dining experience for mediocre quality. The overall experience felt a bit lacking in polish for a resort of this price.

This was just a good match for a two-day stay in Ninh Van Bay, great for the money. The ocean view pool villa had spectacular views and was really comfy, perfect for relaxation. Be prepared for some stairs if you're in the higher villas.
